Bridge Mills

  • Double Column Machining Centers

    • All 3-axes travels are fully supported by boxway hereby ensuring the rigidity and stability.
    • The “and” models with the longer distances between the columns, utilize a total of 4 boxway on the X-axis for enhanced rigidity.
    • Two column and crossbeam is of Meehanite cast iron, after annealing to have internal stress relief can provide spindle head’s more stronger support and to maintain Z axis with both X and Y axes perpendicular geometry accuracy.
    • The table with strong ribs layout provides optimum bending and torsional stress.
    • The “SD” series is standardly equipped with a flush mounted spindle for enhanced rigidity, and can be ordered with the optional Angle Head or Universal Head attachments.

  • 5-Face Machining Centers

    • KMC-M series are designed to meet the needs of multi-face machining the larger LCD molds and machine constructions in one set-up. That increases productivity and makes the cost down.
    • 3-Axes have larger travel range, extraordinarily Z-axis stroke is 1100mm(43.3”).
    • Strong columns and crossbeam are like La Grande Arche, giving the best rigid structure.
    • Spindle can make vertical and horizontal cutting through automatic attachment changer. 30° angle head, extension head and index universal head are optional accessories for wide application of 3-5 axis control.

     

  • High Speed Bridge Mills

    • Rigid double column construction, Y axis is one piece cast in arch-bridge design, X axis stand alone at the bed, the displacement and overhang will never happen to this machine.
    • Three axes employ the roller type linear motion guide to get better rigidity.
    • Highly efficient and versatile built-in spindle motor allow powerful output 25KW at 12000rpm, and maximum torque output 235Nm, special for die/mold.
